In college, I focused primarily on mathematical applications of programming; for example, I created a prime number generator based on a formula I discovered. Unfortunately, I didn’t fully commit to programming right out of college, and decided to pursue my other passions and interests. Recently, a coworker introduced me web development and I became greatly interested in learning how to become a developer. I completed a full stack course with the MERN stack as a good foundation for web programming and have moved into react-native and other tools more recently. I have found that I can quickly learn just about anything I put my mind to, and I want to keep expanding the array of tools I can utilize.

React app with complicated algorithms and layout

• Sudoku App
• Built and deployed fully functional classic puzzle game with user friendly interface.
• Created custom nested components for puzzle with React.
• Implemented algorithms necessary for generating random, solvable puzzles.

MERN full-stack application

• Pickup Soccer App
• Register an account and create a pick up soccer group in any U.S. city!
• JWT tokens for secure server access
• Users and pickup groups are Almost RESTful. Need to implement delete function for these.
• Group Post does not save yet, but I like the UI. Need to add comments capability.
